Infinity Classic Homes delivers the full package of quality, service and value you expect from a home builder. We build high quality homes, priced from the $120's to the $400's. Each home is Energy Star Certified, and Green Certified Construction in accordance with GHBA. We use Acme bricks, 14 1/2 seer A/C, Tech Shield Decking, Fiber Optic Wiring, and many extras, all incorporated into our dramatic architectural designs.
We want to earn your business, and be your builder for life. We expect you to compare us to our competition, and believe once you do, you will see we are "simply better". At Infinity we emphasize Quality and Customer Service. That means better materials such as those referenced earlier, but it also means much more. The Standard features in many subdivisions include what others call "upgrades". Such items as oil rubbed bronze fixtures, wrought iron stair parts, 3 and 4 car garages, and more are often times standard, depending on the subdivision and plans. We include more inspections such as those required to be Energy Star and Green Certified. We believe we have better supervision of the building process from experienced superintendents that don't just start the process, but build the entire home, and follow up on warranty. We hire and keep experienced superintendents/managers, and don't believe in turnover to save a few dollars short term.
And then there is out warranty. We start with Bonded Builders Warranty Coverage, whom we believe is the best in the business. From there, we respond to all customer needs, and the builder that knows your home, is the same person responding to warranty issues. Likewise, the same person that sold you your home, is available to help co-ordinate any warranty concerns. We believe in keeping low turnover in our sales and service departments also, so you know who you are dealing with all the time. Continuity is important.
