Award-winning homebuilder will offer new variety of homes in the community

Caldwell Communities announced today that Ashton Woods will bring its nationally known, high quality, homes to Towne Lake, Caldwell’s master planned community in Cypress, Texas. Beginning spring of 2015, Ashton Woods will build patio homes and townhomes in Lakeway Shores, a new section of the community that features 157 home sites, 27 of which have water frontage.

Lakeway Shores will be located off Tuckerton and Towne Lake Parkway behind the new Kroger grocery store. This unique gated section features alleys, a private pool, and convenient access to future Towne Lake amenities, such as The Boardwalk and Lakehouse. Ashton Woods will offer three story townhomes from the $200’s, interior patio homes from the $280’s and waterfront patio homes from the $400’s.
