Relax and Enjoy
Jog along winding trails, spend a sunny morning visiting with friends while children enjoy the playground, gather poolside for summertime festivities — residents find so much to do in Sedona Lakes. And, with a prime location near Highway 288, Sedona Lakes offers residents ample time to enjoy community amenities.

Sedona Lakes Amenity Center

Sedona Lakes’ resort-style recreation center is not only the community’s destination during swim season, but also the year-round hub for social gatherings. When it is time to swim, adults can relax on a deck perched in shallow water as their little ones frolic amid splashing water features.

The more daring will love careening down the center’s waterslide, and everyone can enjoy cooling off in the pool, which offers zero-entry access. Comfortable shade areas and a soothing waterfall also make the center perfect for relaxing with friends and family.

The recreation center includes an open-air pavilion adjacent to the pool, with restroom facilities, a kitchen area and a grand fireplace, ideal for resident events any time of the year.

The pavilion also is a shady spot for parents to keep a watchful eye over their children at the adjacent playground. Age-appropriate play structures cater to children under age 5 as well as older youth, and an event lawn offers space for a spirited game of tag or kickball.

Hiking and Biking

Walking PathsMiles of walking paths and trails meander throughout Sedona Lakes, offering residents a chance for after-dinner strolls, morning jogs and peaceful bike rides. A picturesque 1.5-mile lake trail invites residents outdoors, where they can feed the ducks and watch wildlife while ambling along the lakeside path.

About the Company:
Sedona Lakes is a 535-acre master-planned community in Manvel, just south of downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center. Opened in 2010, Sedona Lakes is being developed by Landeavor, a national real estate development company with holdings in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Texas. Sedona Lakes is planned for approximately 900 homes, an array of enticing amenities and convenient retail.

Sedona Lakes’ enthralling ambiance is inspired by Sedona, Arizona, often called “red rock country.” With natural stone imported from that region and native plants complementing its decorative landscape, Sedona Lakes showcases a distinctive setting for new homes by Houston’s top builders.
